Taylor Swift's Weekend at the Cape Cod Kennedy Compound

　　Getting in some quality time with her new boyfriend Conor Kennedy, Taylor Swift spent the afternoon in Hyannis, Massachusetts yesterday .

　　The “Love Story” singer played volleyball with the Kennedy family on their compound and did a little swimming to cool off from the hot summer sun.

　　And it sounds like Taylor has taken a liking to the East Coast lifestyle, as she’s just purchased a house in the Hyannis Port/Cape Cod area with her hard-earned cash.

　　According to an area realtor, "It's in a beautiful location and right across the street from Conor and the Kennedys. It's a beautiful home. She got a nice home, paid fair price. The house was on the market for two to four years."

　　Apparently Taylor’s new house was originally listed for $14 million, but rumor has it she only paid around $4.9 million when all was said and done.
